From the initial meeting with the sales team to the final walkthrough Erie made this a wonderful experience. From the moment the salesman walked into my yard to the completion of the project, this company was pretty amazing. The initial encounter, I was treated with respect and he was not pushy at all. Quality work, superior materials; fast and efficient service. From sales agreement to installation was less than a week. A crew of 12 showed up at 7:30 AM and had the old roof stripped at 9:30. Inspected and replaced plywood in several places then began installing new material - one layer of high quality felt, then a heavy impermeable membrane over the felt, then fiberglass/ asphalt shingles that were at least 25% thicker than originals.
