Erie Construction did a great job installing a great looking roof on our home. A 25 year guarantee was provided covering the investment. I am now 83 years old so it is unlikely I will be around to need another roof. But my wife will probably get a better sales price before she returns to family in ****. Hope so!

My experience with Erie was very good …. From start to finish. The sales process was informative and smooth…. The follow-up was timely….. the actual roofing job went without a hitch …. The cleanup was thorough!

Very nice company. Easy to work with and they put the customer first. One warningif you have a tankless water heater be sure the installers know how to handle this. I am fortunate to have a super plumber who spent 2 trips out here to replace parts and be sure it was completely fixed. One pipe my plumber had to replace had made a gas and carbon monoxide leak. So be sure to tell Erie if you do have a tankless water heater or you have a plumber as great as mine is.
