My Service Experience I was able to schedule my service during lunch and was actually greeted by a mechanic first . All service techs appeared to be busy. The service was completed when I was told it would be and everything seemed to be correct. The work completed was explained to me and the person completing the transaction was very pleasant. All in all a satisfactory experience.
Service with a smile Every time we take our Sienna or Corolla in for service we are greeted immediately with a smile and instant service write up. Everyone treats us like we are part of the family. We have never encountered a problem of any kind.
Evans service dept. is great! THis was my 3rd service appt. at EVans, and each time I've been greeted kindly, my appt. lasted the length of time I was told or less, and I was able to wait in the comfort of their service waiting area.
Maintenance Promptly reviewed my car and let me know what was needed. While doing maintenance found problem with cooling system which was under warranty. This was corrected and I was out of there within 2 hours. Very satisfied.
Always a nice visit When I arrive, I pull into the garage, which I love, especially if its raining. They are efficient, quick. The garage is clean, they are all dressed in their red shirts, so they look very professional and clean cut. Its always a good experience.
excellent service Bought my Camry from Evans, Ft. Wayne and had a couple service items that needed taken care of. Went to the service dept. today and was promptly greeted and after the service items were documented my car disappeared. I was given an estimated time the car would be ready and offered a ride with their shuttle service, which I promptly accepted. Call back/warranty service Very courteous and very professional. They explained the procedures and performed them quicker than I expected which is always a plus with me. Plus, they pointed out several service items which needed attention. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks guys!
