Replace front brakes Called in the am with concern for the brakes; I was accommodated yet that day and the repair was done to my satisfaction and ready to go at 1 pm. I was treated with respect and told exactly what the problem was, the estimated cost and time it would most likely be ready. Jon Wudy was the technician and did an outstanding job for me
helpful and explanatory My tire issue was solved at Evans. I was offered several options, and they were all explained to me. When I picked up my car, I had more questions, and the rep patiently answered them all, and it was even a different rep! Only issue was that some systems got reset due to a battery swap, but no biggie.

Buying & Service Experience Service performed as promised & in a timely manner. Received a lot of misinformation from our salesman when buying our vehicle. Received wrong color than chosen for the vehicle & salesman denied it. During a service visit in the past, incorrect oil was used according to the windshield sticker & the work order. Curtain airbag recall Evans Toyota did a fair job on performing this recall for my RAV4. It took a while to get written up, and the repair took longer than I expected, but it turned out fine.
