1st Experience @ Evans Toyota -- Excellent! Went to Evans Toyota for routine maintenance; normally go to another Toyota dealership because it's closer to the house. Decided to give Evan's a try so I could go to lunch with my wife while waiting as it's closer to her work. Happy I did... while I did not have to wait long... the waiting area is very nice, leather chairs and a flat screen... free wifi... not the normal / uncomfortable waiting area I'm used to at the other place. Great Service Bought a new Toyota there in 2006. This is the only place I trust to have service done. Great area to relax while service is being preformed.
Repair Experience We had major work done on our vehicle and our service tech, Keith, did a great job of communicating with us and working to minimize the damage of our bill. We were provided a free rental during the week our vehicle was being repaired. We appreciate the quality of service we were provided by Evans Toyota.

Scion Everyone was very nice and attentive, but I was disappointed at the length of time it took to take out my license plate screws. They needed to be drilled out and I was there 1 1/2 hours.
Reliable Repairs They fix it right the first time! When it comes to repairs, you get what you pay for. I know that at times the dealer can cost more, however, I'm always confident with the work that Evan's does on my vehicles. I would rather pay a little more, and get it done right!
