Trust I trust the service department and have them do any recommended service. I keep my Toyotas for at least 10 years, and Evans service team has always kept my cars in good condition. I depend on them. I appreiciate their friendliness, also. Well, I obviously trust their sales department since that is where I purchased the car.

excellent customer service I was impressed by the courtesy and knowledge and general helpfulness of the service person I dealt with. He listened to my questions and concerns. He wasn't pushy about his recommendations but was very thorough in his examination of the car. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and courteous - I really appreciate this quality of customer service.

Service Review We've come to Evans Toyota for 10 years now. The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of service is excellent. The waiting area is cozy with donuts, coffee, TV and magazines. The seperate play room is great to keep my two preschoolers from having tantrums while waiting. The only minor problem is they seem to be very busy everyday! The wait time is a little longer than other generic service place, but I guess it means they are doing good business.

Service on Vehicle Always greeted prompley anc courteously when I arrive at Evans Toyota Service department. Even without a prior appointment, they get you in and out in a short time.
Excellent Service From the moment you pull into the service area until your vehicle is finished, Evans Service Specialists make your service experience as pleasant as possible. They are courteous, competent and always professional. Vehicle is finished on time and repaired correctly as promised. Keith took the time to explain what was done and made suggestions for future maintenance. Service waiting area is comfortable with amenities such as fruit, rolls, coffee, etc.
