Great Service Bought my Prius here and they do all my oil changes, etc. Good customer service. They always hit the promise time which is great for me as I need to take their complimentary shuttle. Then all I need to do is wait for the shuttle to pick me up and get my car.
Consistently excellent I recently took my 2012 Camry Hybrid in for its first check. I was given an appointment at the time I requested, greeted by my first name on arrival and completed the preliminary information within minutes. I was called at its completion less than 30 minutes later and the check up was at no cost. This is the second Camry Hybrid that I have owned and have always gotten excellent service and advice regarding any questions I asked. Awesome! Above and Beyond! I can not compliment Evans Toyota's Service Department enough. Recently, my husband's headlight went out and I took his car in to have them change the bulb. They got me right in. My 9 month old son and I waited in the comfortable lounge area. We did have problem that was all our fault. My husband didn't think his lights were working the next day.
