Regular scheduled service My van was checked over thoroughly when I arrived and I was advised what service should be done. The oil was changed and I was out in a very timely manner. People in the service department were very helpful and friendly.

Great service - very helpful personnel The person who wrote up my service order, Deb Miller, was very helpful. She tried to call me while I was shopping/eating and I didn't answer. Therefore, when I returned to the dealership I had to wait for an alignment. It was no problem for me and I appreciate being asked to authorize anything other than what we had talked about when I dropped the car off. No one likes surprises.

We love Evans Toyota except for... ...the upselling through the service department. We take our two Toyotas in for their scheduled maintence like clockwork. Every time we take them in we are told about items that "need" done even if we've already done them. We feel like they don't check the records on our vehicles before they call, so we can only assume they're trained to upsell even if it doesn't need it.
