Car Repair I live in Warsaw, IN, 33 miles from Ft. Wayne IN. The difference between the Toyota dealership in Warsaw and Ft. Wayne is like night and day. The service counter help in Warsaw sit like a bump on a log have and the personality of a pencil. Evans Toyota is a very busy dealership, Warsaw is not. Friendly After diagnosing our Sienna for several hours they determined the cause of the warning lights were bad catalytic converters. Knowing we were very concerned about the high cost of replacing them, the service rep suggested a place that might be able to help us and fit our budget. We certainly appreciate their understanding and helpfulness.
Awesome Service The customer service representative was light hearted and witty and helped me feel comfortable with the servicing process. As a woman, he helped me navigate what services I needed. I never felt that he was trying to rip me off or take advantage of me. To the contrary, he supplied me with a coupon to help me save money. I would definitely revisit this service center.
Happy Greetings Upon getting out of my car, the service advisors all said if they could help me. They all were friendly and smiling. I got great service, at a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased.
Excellent service I have had my Camry in for service recently on three occasions and my concerns were promptly attended to with professionalism and courtesy. Also, the problems were resolved quickly and expertly.
