You guys come to my house EVERY year. we say the same thing. Not interested. I just now get a knock on my door. And during a pandemic? No one likes solicitors, especially during a pandemic. Knock it off. If you're not invited you're not welcome.

CONSUMER ALERT!! I don't usually rant on here but because I can't leave a review on Everdry's website I'll use this platform. Kid came around couple of weeks ago advertising for Everdry Waterproofing's free inspection. So, hell, why not, its free right. Week later, guy comes out. Nice guy. I am home from college and my parents are working like normal. I was in my basement and heard banging upstairs only to find a man who was not wearing gloves or a mask banging very hard on my door. He would walk away, talk to someone out of view then come back and repeat the process. That happened 5 times and on the last one it looked like he was trying to open the door. A salesperson from your company came to my door today without a face mask to tell me he would put his card in my mail box. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, this was not appreciated. The employee was within 6 feet of the doorway and myself which is prohibited under the current Stay Safe Order https://coronavirus.ohio.gov/static/publicorders/Directors-Stay-Safe-Ohio-Order.pdf and with exceptions, which the employee may have had, businesses are required to require employees to wear face masks. Very disappointed. In our hometown while the governor is suggesting people to stay home and keep away from others a sales person was going door to door in our neighborhood today. When called to speak to them about this. My wife was told that they would continue no matter what until the governor shuts them down. In a time like this it is not only very unprofessional but is also in very bad taste.

dont trust!! stay away!! This guy comes to my door in awful weather and I entertained him because I live in a high water area. we spoke for 30 mins in my home. we agreed on a time for him to send a crew out for a supposedly free inspection. Our General Manager was able to contact Mr. Schrader today and have a pleasant conversation. We want to note questions we do ask over the phone are in the best interest of the home owner. We make sure we have the right information down (address/location, home owners names, etc.) so we can best serve them. It has always been a part of our policy to make sure all interested parties of the home are present at the time of the inspection so everyone can have the proper information.
May 2018 Everdry came out to do my mom’s crawl space. Took advantage of my elderly mother. She was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to pay the financing and her mortgage. Whoever it was that talked to her said they would pay off her mortgage and add it into her financing. They (Everdry) cut her a check. Wasn’t the full amount of the mortgage and no where in the financing does it state anything about paying the mortgage. For the first year her payment is decent at 6.8%. RecommendedWe bought our house six years ago in Clinton, Michigan. The previous owner had an issue with flooding approximately two years before they sold the house. They hired Everdry to put drain tile along interior and Exterior basement walls to help prevent basement flooding in the future. It has been approximately eight years since the basement flooded and as the current owner we haven’t had any issues with flooding, mold, mildew smells or foundation problems.~AS
