Before Everdry, my crawlspace had a very musty smell and a white powderlike mold over everything. Everdry came in and removed the mold, waterproofed the walls installed subpumps and an air purifier that got rid of the musty smell, and covered the ground with visqueen. Since being serviced, I have had contractors go under the house and they told me it was the cleanest crawlspace they have ever seen. They were shocked. Sales guy Marcus will flat out lie to you The easy breath system is not a dehumidifier like he insists it will lower your humidity to 40 percent. The company knows he lies but won't do anything about it. They got there money . No interest in finishing the work Workers came to do the work they told us part of the work was not needed to be done. They would not refund the money for that part of the job. They were scheduled to come out 2 times to finish that part and have not shown up either time BUYER BE AWARE!!

First off, this is only a review of Everydry's initial sales/inspection team, since we have not had any work done by them. We found both the initial fellow that came to our home in Saline MI and Jay, who followed, up thorough and respectful. They took their time answering our many questions and explaining a lot about water/foundation interaction. Overall, we probably spent 3 hours working with them. Not happy with the service and work I have received through EverDry. The service estimator came out and walked my wife and I through the entire process and explained exactly what would happen. We decided to go with it and have them waterproof our basement. The service guy states that if there were any more noticeable issues, to contact him. We discovered when taking the paneling down off the walls that there were many horizontal and stair step cracks in the cement. Called several times and did not receive a call back. The ... read more

Getting a basement done in a reasonable time is not even manageable. Once it's done and your told "there's no way water can get into your basement now" then there's water, don't expect them to try and fix it. Been waiting 2 weeks now JUST TO SCHEDULE a time to come fix the "waterproof" basement. No one should have to spend thousands of dollars to be treated like this. Your not a valued customer to this company. Don't expect a dry basement. This company is just not worth the stress and hassle.

We called EverDry because we had a small basement leak. They were very honest and told us the problem was not with our basement walls. He told us where the leak was and said to just hire a handy man to repair it which we did.
