A salesperson from your company came to my door today without a face mask to tell me he would put his card in my mail box. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, this was not appreciated. Very disappointed. In our hometown while the governor is suggesting people to stay home and keep away from others a sales person was going door to door in our neighborhood today. When called to speak to them about this. My wife was told that they would continue no matter what until the governor shuts them down. In a time like this it is not only very unprofessional but is also in very bad taste.

dont trust!! stay away!! This guy comes to my door in awful weather and I entertained him because I live in a high water area. we spoke for 30 mins in my home. we agreed on a time for him to send a crew out for a supposedly free inspection. Our General Manager was able to contact Mr. Schrader today and have a pleasant conversation. We want to note questions we do ask over the phone are in the best interest of the home owner. We make sure we have the right information down (address/location, home owners names, etc.) so we can best serve them. It has always been a part of our policy to make sure all interested parties of the home are present at the time of the inspection so everyone can have the proper information.
May 2018 Everdry came out to do my mom’s crawl space. Took advantage of my elderly mother. She was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to pay the financing and her mortgage. Whoever it was that talked to her said they would pay off her mortgage and add it into her financing. They (Everdry) cut her a check. Wasn’t the full amount of the mortgage and no where in the financing does it state anything about paying the mortgage. For the first year her payment is decent at 6.8%. We bought our house six years ago in Clinton, Michigan. The previous owner had an issue with flooding approximately two years before they sold the house. They hired Everdry to put drain tile along interior and Exterior basement walls to help prevent basement flooding in the future. It has been approximately eight years since the basement flooded and as the current owner we haven’t had any issues with flooding, mold, mildew smells or foundation problems.~AS

My family and I are living in a home previously owned by my mother. She had Everdry work done in the basement and the sump pumps were under warranty. One of them stopped working and so she called for them to come check it out. The worker, Scott, came way earlier than expected, normally a good thing, but today totally threw everything off.
