My experience working with Everdry Waterproofing was very disappointing. The pay was extremely low compared to the workload and expectations. There were also ongoing concerns about payroll and tax handling that directly impacted employees and created unnecessary stress. Management and hiring practices felt inconsistent and unprofessional, and concerns didn’t seem to be taken seriously. I was fired the day before Thanksgiving so they didn't have to pay me holiday pay for 2 days. the reason...I questioned the directions a man was giving me who just cost the company over 1 million dollars in a wrong way crash lawsuit. as he was steering me to do the wrong thing on the job.

We had our basement done months ago the job is still not done. We are making payments on a job that was not completed and that was poorly done. We have called several times at first it was times they'd come but never showed now its no answer. When we signed final papers they were to complete the job that day but couldnt because they didnt have the parts needed.Even though they were told what was being done to complete it. Everdry was excavating the perimeter of my basement on the inside. Fearful that their digging would place my sanitary line at risk I noted to the foreman several times the location of the sewer line and posted a sign on the wall over the location. Following the completion of their work I noticed the sump pump drain lines running water after taking a shower and flushing toilets A local sewer company was called and confirmed by camera and dye that the sewer line had been broken under where Everdry had been digging. Scott is an excellent foreman with an exceptional crew. Everyone worked and exceeded expectations of what could be accomplished in 4 days. It was impressive to see a crew work so efficiently with attention to detail. These guys are the core of your business, I hope they are paid well! There are not many individuals who would attempt the manual labor involved with this job. EveryDry Toledo “waterproofed” our basement 2.5 years ago. We still have water in our basement. I have had techs out to my home multiple times and each time they claim it’s something different. The initial cost was $19k. I wish we would have known about a local company because they do so much more than what EverDry does for half the cost.
