Everdry was excavating the perimeter of my basement on the inside. Fearful that their digging would place my sanitary line at risk I noted to the foreman several times the location of the sewer line and posted a sign on the wall over the location. Following the completion of their work I noticed the sump pump drain lines running water after taking a shower and flushing toilets A local sewer company was called and confirmed by camera and dye that the sewer line had been broken under where Everdry had been digging. Scott is an excellent foreman with an exceptional crew. Everyone worked and exceeded expectations of what could be accomplished in 4 days. It was impressive to see a crew work so efficiently with attention to detail. These guys are the core of your business, I hope they are paid well! There are not many individuals who would attempt the manual labor involved with this job. EveryDry Toledo “waterproofed” our basement 2.5 years ago. We still have water in our basement. I have had techs out to my home multiple times and each time they claim it’s something different. The initial cost was $19k. I wish we would have known about a local company because they do so much more than what EverDry does for half the cost.

Called them for a free estimate. The first question they asked me on the phone was, "Do you have a job?" Why yes I have a great job! That's really none of your business though... Guy came out to do the estimate and was rude and insulting. The guy brought a list of past customers from the area and asked if I knew anyone on the list. I noticed my grandpa's name on the list and made him aware and he said, "That's great, can you give him a call and ask what he thought of his service from everdry?" We had their install 4 years ago, just getting the Service Agreement renewal card in the mail. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING. The install was a disaster, as they were trying to work 3 projects with one team. It took me complaining to get them focus on finishing my install. Install covered right over a 4x4 post, noticed it a year after, with the tarp material, it's now stuck there. They broke a window. I made them aware, they said they would fix it, guess what, still not done. All this for $17,000. Thanks, I'll trust someone else... read more

I've left previous reviews without a phone call or email or anything of the sort to acknowledge the reviews. they reached out to my wife who told them to call me and they still have not. my basement has been flooding ever since I had them out to my house and I was promised that my basement would have no moisture or humidity or anything that would damage the instruments and recording equipment I planned on putting down there after finishing the basement into a studio. they were fully aware of my long term plans. 20,000 dollar... read more

Left a mess, broke ceiling light fixture, damaged bedroom carpet beyond repair by cutting 6 foot gash through the backing and onto the top carpet, sump pump burned out in 3 days, corner wall in bedroom not done correctly as a deep void left and now the entire room will need to be done again. Carpet replacement will cost over 1,000 to replace.

Kevin & Miguel came out 1 day after an issue in which I call about,reviewed the problem & set up a date in the next couple of days that the problem would be solved.
