Everdry Waterproofing waterproofed my basement about 5 years ago. They were prompt in their work and finished in a timely manner. Any time there has been a water problem, problem with the battery or any other issue they have promptly addressed the problem and fixed it. I would highly recommend their company to anyone who has a basement and/or water problem. The workmen were pleasant and efficient and showed up to work when expected. ***** *******

I've had an Everdry basement for quite a few years. Before Everdry, when we got a lot of rain, a small river ran through the basement - in the east end, and out the drain on the west end. After Everdry, no more river. Basement stays completely dry. I am soooo glad I have an Everdry basement.
This is to serve as a formal complaint against a worker at Everdry waterproofing company located at: **** ****** **, Hilliard, OH 43026 The worker this complaint is in regards to is someone named Aaron. I am not sure if he is a supervisor of some sort because he arrived at the worksite while the workers were working and did not introduce himself. On March 9, 2020, EverDry came to my home to give me an estimate. The salesman pressured me to sign that day but I told him I was having a ******** ****** rep come that same day to give me an estimate. The EverDry salesman told me to give him a $1000 deposit which would be refunded right away if I decided to go with the ******** *******. I let that EverDry salesman take a $1000 deposit. How is this legal???? Made an apt over a week ago for water in basement. Was asked if my husband would be home. Advised he travels full time and confirmed apt for that at noon. Yesterday someone called to confirm. I called back and left VM to re-confirm. Today!! No one showed up. Called to find out where employee was.
