I think they ****! Started a 4 day job on September 26, and when we had to leave on December 15 it still wasn’t completed. They came back 3 times and each time they forgot to bring material to finish the job. They covered up the outlet for my washer, the window where we have the dryer vented, the plastic they covered the walls was falling off because it wasn’t put up right!! The crew they sent to my house were a bunch of clowns. They came in late and left early. After they left we couldn’t find the charger for our drill, etc... read more

In 1979 we paid the Everdry Waterproofing company to waterproof our crawl space under our home at **** *** ***** **in ************ **we paid $20,000 for this service, believing that the problem of dampness had been corrected. In December of 2022, we noticed that the wall and floor in our family room was separating, indicating that the floor was sinking. Address: **** ***** *** *** ***** *********. Property of ***** *****. Everdry started a project of waterproofing the basement. Here we are in 2023,and the job is still,uncompleted ! Outside work has yet to be finished. We were lied to,about what they would do . A representative came out each time,and admitted the job,was unfinished.They have no answers,as to why the ball was dropped,so to speak. We feel Romma has been taken advantage of. I signed a contract with this company in April of this year **** was supposed to start something in June he did nothing and told me that the job couldnt be done because of the foundation wasnt stable and that was part of the job that needed done they just stuck the plastic on the floor underneath concrete and on the part of the wall put the battery down in the corner which I dont believe is needed theres electrical wires hanging near the water where the sump pump is and no cover and here it is September and they still havent... read more

They have been to our house atleast 4 to 5 times a year since 2018. Every year we have water coming out the bottom of our breaker box, cracks in the foundation even after they have supposedly sealed the foundation but yet they never did. Each time a crew comes out to try and fix something they tell us the last crew didn't know what they was doing! They drove through our yard leaving ruts, left trash in the basement, left backup battery unplugged, never wore booties to cover boots left mud through out the house. Just recently... read more

They worked on our basement six years ago and its still dry as a bone! Because of that I refinished my basement.

Horrible experience. The people in the office behaved as though they were all stoned, or illiterate, or watching ******** when I tried to set up a time for technicians to come out.But the real killer was that when I finally managed to get someone out to look at my sum pump, the technicians showed up without masks, and said they never wear them, but God would protect them. We have a home that’s over 100 years old with a sad basement to go with it! We called Ever Dry after some flooding occurred in the area. They promptly set up an appointment to assess the situation. The price was lower or inline with several companies. The difference with Ever Dry was the the quality of work they were going to do to guarantee no more water in our basement! I have been a customer for many years. The work they did around my foundation has lasted the test of time. Whenever I have called for maintenance and repair I have been treated fairly. A sump pump was replaced free of charge under warranty. A crew was dispatched with supervision to reroute underground drainage that had broken.
