We had been debating for several years about waterproofing our basement because of the cost. We decided to go with EverDry after the rep came to our home and explained the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable with him. We did get several other quotes, but the others didn't explain things as well and seemed rushed. It's been 4 years since it was done and not a drop of water in our basement since. Best money we ever spent!!

They came out for a quick repair and even did it in the winter.

Fantastic product! This is coming from someone who has A) experienced firsthand a flooded basement; and B) Is a first time homeowner, having owned the home for more then three years now. Transfer of the warranty is easy there's no headaches. The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they value your business. My yard is wet for most of the year becides the hot summer. I strongly recommend Everdry Waterproofing. We have an older house with a "Michigan Basement" and it was always damp and water seeping in floor area even with an existing sump pump. Everdry installed their system in 2012 and it has performed flawlessly. System included a new sump area and pump. However, recently the pump failed (after many years of pumping during heavy rainy seasons as 2019 was). They're customer service is excellent in our book!! Called late in the day on Tuesday and they were here 8 am Wednesday. Cody was the person who came out and did the repair for us. He was polite, friendly and fast!! We had the system put in about 20yrs ago and this just goes to show you what great service and guarantee that this company gives. We have had an Everdry system in our basement for years and have had no issues with water at all!!! I love the peace of mind of having a warranty just in case something were to happen that we would have Everdry Grand Rapids on our side to walk us through it. All of the office staff are amazing and will answer any questions you may have. When we bought our house they walked me through the whole process of what our system does. An added bonus for having the annual warranty my insurance company gave us a discount!!!!

Everdry's floors AND walls, life time, transferable, guarantee was what led me to choose them over competitors simply due to peace of mind and added resale value. We moved into our house over 14 years ago and during the 1st winter thaw our basement (that was just fully carpeted) had 3-4 inches of standing water in it! We were then told that our house was built on a live spring and that there was constant water flowing into it all the time! We had our system installed over 6 years ago and everything works perfectly! Our sumps run 24/7 to keep out the high water table where we live and we have never had any water or moisture in our basement. The work crew was fast as we were having the work down before we moved in. Highly recommend!
