It's now been several years since Everdry Basement Waterproofing has done their magic providing me with a perpetually dry basement. I don't have to worry about putting extra supplies in the basement now because I've never had an issue that threatened to flood my basement again. Not only that, but they guarantee their work. My family bought our Bay City home around 1964 (house built in the 1940s), and for years every spring we got some water leaking in the basement, and some years it was just plain flooded. But in 2004 we got Everdry Waterproofing, they worked inside and outside to fix our leaking foundation. And since then, 17 years with a DRY basement. Would highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing. Our Bay City home has stayed DRY since 2004 when Everdry did a great job of eliminating our wet leaky basement. About 7 years in we had a small leak and called Everdry and they came out and fixed the problem and no charge cause it was covered by the warranty. Good people great service.

We would definitely recommend Everdry for anyone having problems with water leakage into their basement. (In spring of 2020, the water table rose significantly in our area causing water to flood our basement resulting in damage to carpet, furniture, and walls.) • The salesman came out almost as soon as we called and went over what was recommended to solve our problem. After Grand Haven, MI was pounded by heavy rains in May 2020, our basement flooded twice in three weeks. We contacted Everdry to inspect our basement and to give us a cost estimate for waterproofing. After inspecting the basement, the representative first explained why the basement was flooding and then presented a plan to fix it, including a video to show the process. We had our multistep system put in during the spring/early summer of 2019 at our home in Howard City, MI. We chose to go with Everdry for many reasons, with one of these being their warranty program. We love that the warranty is reasonable in pricing and can be transferred to a different person for when we sell our home. When the system was put in, our basement was wet. We only have good things to say about Everdry! The previous owners of our home had it installed several years ago after some flooding in the basement and the transferring the warranty to our names when we bought the home was super easy. We had severe flooding in our area last Spring and unfortunately, we had a little bit of water come through in our basement. Everyday came out immediately, found the problem, and fixed it for free.
