We purchased our home three years ago and it already had the Everdry waterproofing system. It is very convenient that you can transfer the warranty from the previous homeowner. We renew our warranty every year for peace of mind that if we get water in our basement we are 100% covered. All of our experiences over the phone with Everdry have been great! It has been 12 years since we have had our basement waterproofed by Everdry of Grand Rapids. The salesperson explained everything very clearly and the company was very professional. They did everything that was in the quote and did a great job with cleanup when they were finished. We did have a sump pump go out a few years ago on a Saturday and they came out and replaced it within an hour at no additional cost to us. Great Service and I would definitely recommend Everdry for any basement waterproofing issue you may have!

we have had our basement done for fourteen years and haven't had any real problems, when aa pump would fail they were on getting it fixed that day, our humidifiers motor quit and the service manager him self came and fixed it. very satisfied with ever dry, and their commitment to keep us dry. ****

I live in Chesaning, Mi. and I had my basement wall reinforced and the walls sealed by Everdry in 1999. My house is over 100 years old and basement was added years after the house was built. The water table is high here and I would literally wade thru water to get to my washer and dryer. The basement is no longer musty and we can actually store things in it now. We are still very happy and dry. Thank you Everdry!!

About 10 years after moving into my house I started having water coming up through the middle of the basement floor. I put in the Everdry system in August of 2009 and haven't had any more water in the basement since then. When I had the front porch torn off my house to put on a deck. Moved to our 1956 built home 8-2017, and due to clay ,and other logistics against us we used EverDry twice. Both times due to water in basement, first time could have cost us $25,000 but with the warranty we purchased.$0! Last time a charm and all issues taken care of. EXTREMELY hard working employees, clean up and politeness was top notch. Have suggested this company to any one in need.
