I love Everdry. They are honest to a fault. 9 years ago they tiled my basement perimeter and installed a sump pump. They were immediately responsive when I called them on 2 occasions. The pump needed to be replaced and since my annual warrantee was up to date, they installed a new one with no charge to me. Another time I called them to see if they could do a waterproofing of an old, unused underground pump room w/access to my basement. We have had our basement waterproofed for three years now and we cannot reccommend the product enough. We regularly had a flooded basement every spring and after every rain storm. It has now been dry and we haven't once had any water infiltrate the area that was waterproofed. We feel comfortable adding flooring in our basement which would have never been possible before our Ever Dry system was added.

My wife and I purchased a home in East Lansing, MI in January 2020. The previous owner had purchased an Everdry system to resolve a water issue with the house in 2018. We were happy to see the Lifetime Warranty was transferable and signed up to continue the coverage. In April 2020, we noticed water seeping into the basement. Awesome system! Awesome service! We have had our system for over 16 years. It has worked great. When we need to sump pump replaced, called and within an hour we had a replacement in.

Great service! They replaced the system that was in my house when I bought it and I haven't had issues with a damp/mildew basement since! I have a sump pump with battery backup and a vent to get the musty air out of the basement. They are always quick to respond, usually in the same day, to my home in Midland, Michigan if I have an issue. They are always friendly on the phone and want to make sure everything is running smoothly even if I'm just calling to make a payment. Definitely recommend!

Great service! My basement flooded regularly before and their system really helped to keep the water out. I have had some issues with pumps failing but they've been really good about scheduling service and replacing them straight away.

GO WITH EVERDRY! We had so many individual needs and this company surpassed them all. Every team member from the representative that came to initially talk to us, from the finance officer on the phone, to the foreman who worked on our home, they were all professional, relatable and positive to work with! We have an older home(built in 1930s) and our basement smell/mold is gone, they replaced our small sump pump with one that will last a lifetime!
