Everdry did everything they promised, and the crew was very efficient and hard-working. It was surprising how much they accomplished in 3 days. We had recently purchased a house that we re-modeled and updated. When we moved in we realized that the humidity was very high in the basement causing mold and musty air. After trying to fix the problem myself, I realized it was time to call in the professionals. Everdry's reputation and quality of workmanship made the choice easy. Everyone involved in the process was very professional and explained everything throughout the process. I look forward to finally having a basement that is free of leaks.
Everdry completed my basement nearly two weeks ago. When I first talked to them, I was told 3-4 days and when they called to confirm my date and time, I was told 4-5 days. The work was completed in 2 1/2 days! Needless to say, I was elated. My only complaint would be that I was not told that it took 8 weeks for the concrete to cure, so laundry is piling up!
We have owned our home for over 20 years, and year after year the basement got worse and worse. Every year my wife was asking me to get it taken care of. So finally I called Everdry! Within a couple of days we knew what the problem was, and had a plan to fix it. Everyone we came into contact with was courteous and professional. We have had our dry basement now for well over seven years. Everdry is a great company!
