On May 23rd and 24th, 2016 an EverDry crew arrived to perform work in my basement and along exterior walls. The crew was on time, or slightly early, based on the promised arrangements. The work to be performed in the basement included breaking concrete to install drain tile, connect it to an existing sump hole, install a new sump pump, and install three beams to insure that the wall would not buckle. My sump pump was not working properly, so I scheduled an appointment with Everdry. The Everdry repairman arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took care of it effectively. Got my basement Waterproofed years ago from Everdry. Every now and then we have some issues with the pipe coming loose on the outside. I just call them up and the problem is taken care of in a timely matter. The customer service is great.
