Previous work was done pre-contract, and the follow up work completed apound request. The work that I just reuested has not been completed.
Everydry performed unrequested maintenance on my sump pump and because the replacement pump was installed incorrectly it ran my water bill up $2000 from excessive usage. They came and corrected their mistake 8 months later, but refused to reimburse me. We had just had our first child at the time and my wife had to take unpaid time from work. Other than the dust from the jackhammering everything looks good. There is an issue with the Outlets used for the equipment, we no longer have use of them. Nothing was mentioned about it to us by them. We found out when my wife went down to do laundry and couldn't.

They postponed the job for a week and left my basement exposed. I?ll let you know if they do a good job next week
Everdry finished their work 2 days ago. They are totally unprofessional . They were hired to waterproof our basement, they were supposed to dig outside the exterior walls and put some waterproofing, they dug down about 3 feet, not to the footer. I don� t even know what kind of lame waterproofing they put on, it certainly wasn� t tar from what i saw, shame on me for being trusting. For over 4 years, 14 visits, destroying my flower beds and our basement still got water. I mentioned numerous times about bringing a transit out as the water was backing up,...when it rain the water came out of the drains we put in when the foundation was put in but not their drains that was above the foundation drain. We received a somewhat high-pressure sales pitch after seeing them highly recommended. We do not ever have standing water in our basement but get a little moisture here and there, so I was not in a huge hurry to get this done, but I did also wanted to seal up the walls to help prevent mice from getting in. What the salesperson promised me, as far as expectations of the work they would do, was enough to get me to sign on as a fill-in job at a lower rate.
