Everdry finished their work 2 days ago. They are totally unprofessional . They were hired to waterproof our basement, they were supposed to dig outside the exterior walls and put some waterproofing, they dug down about 3 feet, not to the footer. I don� t even know what kind of lame waterproofing they put on, it certainly wasn� t tar from what i saw, shame on me for being trusting. For over 4 years, 14 visits, destroying my flower beds and our basement still got water. I mentioned numerous times about bringing a transit out as the water was backing up,...when it rain the water came out of the drains we put in when the foundation was put in but not their drains that was above the foundation drain. We received a somewhat high-pressure sales pitch after seeing them highly recommended. We do not ever have standing water in our basement but get a little moisture here and there, so I was not in a huge hurry to get this done, but I did also wanted to seal up the walls to help prevent mice from getting in. What the salesperson promised me, as far as expectations of the work they would do, was enough to get me to sign on as a fill-in job at a lower rate. We had a terrible experience. They have a high pressure sales pitch and terrible work. I had to fire them and hire another contractor to repair the damage they did. They are the worst experience I ever had with home improvement. Do not hire them!

Botched job in basement and outside. They show you one material and then they put another saying it is better. They put crawl space plastic on my basement walls instead of the vinyl. There was no price reduction on the product. The spout that releases the water outside is too close to my house ruining my yard. They said they will connect so it can flow into the sewer, that is a lie. The drain popping they used was different then what the salesman said. Everdry waterproofing did an ok job for the amount of work they had to do. But there project management was very poor we were told 3-4 days for completion it turned into 9 days with one excuse after another why they could not send a full crew or work a full day. By the time they got done we were glad it was finally over with. So we thought. But since the completion of the job, they came here 3 times to fix various minor issues.
