Very pleased with the communication, service and professional manner from the salesman Tom as well as the foreman. The job was explained from beginning to finish. The end result is that I have had a dry basement for many years.

The entire crew, from the first gentleman I met, to the inside foreman to the onsite foreman cared as much about my basement and yard as I did. Not a spec of dirt or concrete left behind. I knew what was happening every step of the way. Is it cheap? No. Is it worth it? Yes, absolutely! Why? Because it works...who wants a wet basement or backyard?! Thank you Everdry for solving my problems... A lot of hard work on your part, but I no longer cringe when it rains :)
So far everything has been great. Very good about handling every aspect of the issue. I had another company out who spent about five minutes in my basement and handed me a small estimate of ra couple of small cracks. Niles did a great job.
The sales person was not pushy and gave options to help work with my budget. The works where polite and clean up at the end of each work day. The foreman on the job kept me informed of what was happening and answered all my questions. So far I am very happy with the company.
Timely, informative and explained project as it went along.
Previous work was done pre-contract, and the follow up work completed apound request. The work that I just reuested has not been completed.
Everydry performed unrequested maintenance on my sump pump and because the replacement pump was installed incorrectly it ran my water bill up $2000 from excessive usage. They came and corrected their mistake 8 months later, but refused to reimburse me. We had just had our first child at the time and my wife had to take unpaid time from work. Other than the dust from the jackhammering everything looks good. There is an issue with the Outlets used for the equipment, we no longer have use of them. Nothing was mentioned about it to us by them. We found out when my wife went down to do laundry and couldn't.
