When I bought our home in Kenmore NY it came with a transferable warranty. Always the skeptic I wondered what the 'Warranty' would actually get us, but for the money I figured better safe than sorry. The entire crew, from the first gentleman I met, to the inside foreman to the onsite foreman cared as much about my basement and yard as I did. Not a spec of dirt or concrete left behind. I knew what was happening every step of the way. Is it cheap? No. Is it worth it? Yes, absolutely! Why? Because it works...who wants a wet basement or backyard?! Thank you Everdry for solving my problems... A lot of hard work on your part, but I no longer cringe when it rains :)
So far everything has been great. Very good about handling every aspect of the issue. I had another company out who spent about five minutes in my basement and handed me a small estimate of ra couple of small cracks. Niles did a great job.
The sales person was not pushy and gave options to help work with my budget. The works where polite and clean up at the end of each work day. The foreman on the job kept me informed of what was happening and answered all my questions. So far I am very happy with the company.
Timely, informative and explained project as it went along.
