Our contract was signed 06/05/2018 for the interior and exterior "drainage system" with Everdry. From the moment our signature went onto that paper, it was the equivalent of signing our own death warrants. This complaint is filed under Customer Service Issues for the mere fact that there is no option to select for unprofessional, unreliable, and failure to provide services. Spent over $18K to have my basement waterproofed. Large team of guys to do the job, but not a single one actually cared what they were doing. Everything was fine in the basement for 3.5 years. This year, our battery died (it took 4 calls to the office just to get anyone to talk to me) and the people the came were clueless. Now we have water seeping into our basement. We were not pleased. The only reason we gave them a 2 was because the owner personally came out to rectify the situation and was understanding. The crew that came out did not do even a good job, very poor. due to distance of company they were late everytime they were supposed to come out and fix project or something else. I do thank top level supervision for trying to settle or appease us but until they get supervision of crews work i would not recommend this company. They are very misleading. When you first talk to the inspector, he tells you one thing on how they do things and when it comes to the time to do everything the contractor does something else that is nothing what they have promised you. There patiented Multi-step process is no more then them putting plastic on the outside instead of there drain tile system and doing exactly what all the other companies do for the inside and charging you a couple thousand dollars more.
