The work was done in a professional manner, there where minor issues that they needed to come back to take care of ---3 times--- The managers or project heads needs a little work on how to deal with customers in a professional way but it was okay. I would probably not recommend them to people I like.
Recommendedi've done 3 basements with everdry. wouldn't consider using someone else. 1 of the basements had an issue with a wall 10 years after it was done and they showed up and took care of it, i only paid for the beams as i would have originally if we had done that wall. could not be happier to do business with this company.
My husband and I bought a house and immediately had to do work in the basement. The previous owner had gotten 1/2 of the basement done by Everdry, so in order for us to keep the life time guarantee we had to contract Everdry for the rest of the basement. In essence we didn't have much of a choice. We really didn't want to spend so much money to complete the system and before we knew we had to go with Everdry we got quotes from other contractors for less. Had major damage to my basement and ultimately was flooded everdry came out and fixed my damage and put all new drain tile in with a new sump pump and backup battery. I no longer have any problems thanks everdry
Maybe if they kept their appointments or if their "professionals" came equipped with tools to do the job they were contracted to do, they might get a better review. After 2 canceled (last minute I might add appointments) Their worker shows up 15 minutes late only to not have the tools to do the job. "He'll call later today to set up a new appointment." During the late winter of 2013, we contacted Everdry Waterproofing for a basement evaluation to determine what solutions would be best to dry out our basement. Being inexperienced homeowners, the sales rep sold us on their "BEST" solution and even offered to help set-up financing through a home improvement loan. Boy were we sold a bill of goods!
