The original work crew needed more training. It took a month for the fix it crew to come. Those guys fixed the major problems. My sister had you with a different work crew that knew how to do the job.

The salesmen refused to provide me with an assessment or quote because I didn't need or want a long explanation about how a basement foundation works. I told them I have already had foundation work done on a property 3 houses away and do not need an education. They were incredibly condescending mansplaining me the entire walk through and immediately left when I told them that I'd prefer to use the time to discuss to their recommendation. Also, they said mold as many times as possible to try to scare me and my husband. I ... read more

Staff made a mess, broke our tile floor, left the work areas littered with garbage. When the village inspector came, he said he couldn't believe he was called to inspect this. Support beams missing bolts, bolts so loose they're easily turned by hand, missing washers. Had to make several appointments to finish the work and fix damages. when they came back they showed up before the scheduled time, blamed us for the mix-up, left and didn't return. Waiting over an hour to see if they'll come back

I had my basement done in December. inside drain tiles, sump pump and non concrete areas outside. I have waited 5 months to finish my basement. their inside concrete work was haphazard and in most cases the slope from the drain tile was up to 2 inches less than the rest of the floor. so far we have used 12 bags of leveling concrete to put in a laminate floor. today, may 25,2020 there is moisture all over the just about to be finished room. I am thousands of dollars into a refinishing project and if they come nea... read more

Horrible experience from start to finish. Shoddy work, careless employees and months later I still have water coming in. Yes, they will come out and try and fix whatever they failed to do right the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time, but if you have water still coming after you paid them $20,000 to fix it. Telling me you can be out here, to fix what should have already been, in 3 weeks is f'n ridiculous. Also watch and make sure they actually do all the little things they said they would. Like caulking windows, etc. I WOULD STAY CLEAR... read more

My mom and step dad are getting a huge run around - never show up when they are supposed to never call nothing. They got their money and when it didn’t pass inspection they do great lip service but don’t follow through- don’t pay them all the money until the job has been completed and passed inspection

Horrible experience - high priced - guaranteed lifetime warranty promised without mention of service agreement charges to maintain warranty including the warranty being transferable to new owners if needed. Garbage and mess left by workers, sloppy work, left concrete mess on my patio which cannot be removed, dryer broke after workers moved it. Late arrival of workers and left earlier than expected each day. Work was not done when told it was supposed to be done. Dropped gallon of water on basement steps with carpet and repla... read more
