My advice to future customers is be present during any work being completed and ask for the work orders they bring to your house. Take pictures of everything to document damage to your home , work not completed correctly , set up ( especially to ensure they are using dust barriers to minimize mess on other levels of your home) and clean up (lack of). There is little or no communication between supervisors and direct workers. The direct workers could use a session in customer service and quality control. This is certainly ... read more

We are weekend warriors in Wisconsin, so we aren’t up here all the time. They did the work while we weren’t here and had the inspection on the following Saturday. Due to scheduling issues, we don’t get up to the house as often as we’d like. After spending a ton of money to have this work done, I can only hope it works. As for the crews, we’ll all I can tell you is the place is a mess. Someone else stated that you shouldn’t schedule the work for Thursday and Friday. Now I know why. There is a palpable amount of dirt and dust... read more

We had water coming up through ore basement floor 14 years ago. Everdry came and did their thing. It took about a week to dig up and replace the inside drain tile, erect metal posts on three walls, excavate and push one wall back into place, and improve water handling on the rest of the house. If the metal posts frighten a potential buyer when it’s time for us to sell, we can show the transferable warranty to them. We have had Everdry replace one pump that failed after several years, and replace cement that had fallen from b... read more

Everdry exposed my family to Asbestos and we had to evacuate our house.

my wife is pretty irritated that we couldn't make an appointment without us both being present. We have different schedules. My wife is certainly capable of making this decision for us. Thanks for making the decision easy for us not to use your service.

Do not waste your time with this company! My first appointment was cancelled because the inspector was sick, which I was A-OK with and said "No problem, lets reschedule." Fast forward to today, a half hour from when the inspection was supposed to start, and they tell me they cant send someone out because I didnt confirm with them the day prior. I checked my phone records and they never tried to get ahold of me yesterday to confirm!! So here I am trying to find another basement inspector, two weeks after they were originally ... read more

6 months and the damage is still not fixed. This has been a joke from day one. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I've lost count as to what year we are on (has been close to 7 years)...but we've not had any water problems since...even when a plumber hired by a neighbor, messed up all of the street water/sewer pipes and caused water/sewage to back up in several other neighbors' homes...ours wasn't affected. My only gripe, as stated previously by others, is that it is a messy job and cleanup could've been a little better. 7 years later and due to lack of time on our part, there are still holes in the wall.
