We had Everdry fix our basement about 7 years ago. It was moldy, musty and constantly flooding even with the lightest rain. Since then, not a drop of water, even with heavy or continuous rainfall. Best money ever spent.

Don't schedule your job at the end of the week. All the workers could do is think about 3:00 Friday afternoon. Extremely sloppy!! The sales pitch said I wouldn't be able to tell the work was done...the landscaping outside would be completed just as it was...NOT....There was dirt piled on the window sills.....dirt/clay piled up half way up the back of my AC unit....rocks in the lawn. Just plain looked like s**t......And the best part is they didn't even put the down spouts back up. Guess what happened ... it stormed tha... read more

We had our waterproofing done many years ago. We did have to have them return since the water was pooling in a certain area. Years later, a salesman came, again trying to sell us the system. He didn't know we already had it done but, we were able to show him where the water was still pooling. The cement was damp. They did come and fix it, so we are glad we had it done. Very expensive though.

Everdry Waterproofing system has totally dried out my basement. I had rivers running through my basement prior to the work they have done several years ago. I had to have 2 sump pumps replaced, one was the primary and one was the backup, (luckily this happened in different years) and they were out to my house in no time at all replacing the pumps. My house sits on an old swamp where in the springtime, the water flows very steady causing hydrostatic pressure under my foundation. The everdry system literally raised the value o... read more

Horrible horrible. Horrible. This company Does NOT stand behind there work. Warranty means nothing to this company. A quote for $4000 which should be warranty work that THEY did. Run far and don’t use this company

Fear is an effective selling tool. Based on Everdry employee reviews at Glassdoor, fear and turnover is the business model. Saturday my wife and I met with inspector, we toured my basement and several issues were noted, after this we were "educated" for the next couple hours. The pitch was good, I moved from a firm not making a decision to I'll take 30 days to signing on the dotted line. The everpresent discount is available but on if... we need to retain employees, so if your flexible we can...The trouble with selling to n... read more

1st appointment they called AFTER they were supposed to be here to say their guy was still at the last job. 2 hours later they called to cancel. 2nd appointment they called on Friday to schedule for Monday. We were hesitant to give them a second chance but scheduled anyway. Monday is here and no one showed up. I called a half hour after the appointment time and they said that since we didn’t confirm on Saturday, they didn’t send anyone. I lost 2 days of work for this BS. If you were a customer and the contractor called to... read more

I had my basement done in 2016. I went down last night and I have water in two of the rooms in my basement. After spending as much as I did for this service I expect much better results. I called today to get someone it to look at it and the first they can get me in is two weeks from now. I am sure it will dry up by then. I did take pictures but this is VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! If I were calling to get someone in to give me a quote I know they would have bent over backwards to get someone in to see me and take my money. ... read more
