I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received! ***** was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in diagnosing and repairing my ice machine. What really stood out was how clearly he explained and walked me through the repair process, making sure I understood everything that needed to be done. He arrived promptly and got everything working perfectly again in no time. I have to say very good customer service. ***** came down to fix a reported problem which he fixed and went to ensure the machine was working and found another issue. Instead of leaving he trouble shooted and made a test harness to verify the problem. Called his supervisor to have the part overnighted on a Sunday to have the machine working two days before Christmas. Just a great job with great people. Thanks *****
The technician was very helpful and even game me some very useful advice he learned from servicing other owners machines.
My machines are only open six months out of the year, but everyone of the refs have been great ****, who I just found out is no longer with the company was my guy and then I had the pleasure of having ***** today who helped me.
As far as customer support is concerned ***** has always been there for me when needs or questions arise. Ive been a machine owner for 2 years now and totally satisfied with the assistance ***** has given me. There have been a few times when hes gracious enough to walk me through issues on his day off or from his house.The support and effort is much appreciated.
I have dealt with Everest for a few years. ***** ***** and ***** ******* have been helpful any time I have had any issues with my machine. ***** has kept in touch and helped me resolve any issues I have had. He has even contacted me when he was not even in the office. Assistance from them has been good and helpful.
