Overall they have been a disappointment and the machine has been a bust. Several issues. Nobody has answers or seems interested in helping. The Nayak credit card process they use is horrible. I wish I had not bought a machine from Everest.

Everest Ice has dropped the ball when it comes to communication and doing what is right with customers. I received two machines on July 10, 2023 that came off the truck defective. I took pictures and sent all photos and emails to Everest and after inspection Everest said both machines would need to be replaced. That process took a month to finalize. I can honestly say, this companies service does not deserve even a single star. I have called multiple times to never get a call back. They send an email asking me to click on link only to find I need a password to order a part. Call back to get a password and told I have to wait for service tech to call back, of which he never does. I asked why they couldn't put the password in the email. Know one knew the answer to that question. They only apologize but nothing is ever done.
