I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience with Everest every step of the way. Receiving my machine took a lot longer than I expected but I understand that’s due to demand and supply chain. Machine has worked well for me and I’ve found service to be responsive. The only issue I’ve had was an issue with the fans in my ice maker, apparently a global issue with Scotsman ice makers, but Everest responded quickly and swapped them out at no cost.
