I installed an Everest ************************** vending machine in the parking lot outside my business about a year ago. This outdoor vending addition has proven to be a good investment for me, adding value and convenience to my local community, while also driving more traffic to my hardware store. I just had the best service technician customer care I have ever received. ******************* went above and beyond to help solve the issues I was having with my machine. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. He offered creative and unique solutions when I did not bring the correct tools with **** can not say enough about the outstanding level of service and care I received from *****. Thanks to him my machine is back up and running just in time for a big weekend.
Over the last few years I have bought four Everest machines. I have only received the best customer service from **********************, from sales to tech support, to marketing, to ordering supplies when needed. We've steadily bought four machines over the past three years. Everest has been a great partner to us the entire time. Our area is very remote, and our customers don't have any options to secure ice for their hunting or fishing trips. I’ve had nothing but a fantastic experience with Everest every step of the way. Receiving my machine took a lot longer than I expected but I understand that’s due to demand and supply chain. Machine has worked well for me and I’ve found service to be responsive. The only issue I’ve had was an issue with the fans in my ice maker, apparently a global issue with Scotsman ice makers, but Everest responded quickly and swapped them out at no cost. If I could leave zero stars I would. Bought a new machine in November 2023 and has been nothing but issues after issues from day 1. The support is great however they would just send parts to replace, worked then something else went wrong. Bad enough where they sent out their lead tech to work on it themselves. The tech said "if he didn't know better he would have thought someone intently sabotaged the machine". He replaced everything but the compressor. The machine worked great for a couple weeks. Buying the Everest Ice and Water machine has been a HUGE let down. 3 parts break in 3 months... Company says they are helping us fix it but refuse to take any fiscal responsibility for all the customers lost in the first 4 months we had it up and running. They say they will pay the invoice but never did so I had to pay it.
