I have been very pleased with the service technician at Everest Ice and Water. He is always available whenever I have a problem (once when he was on vacation) and stays on the phone with me, walking me through figuring out the issue and resolving it.

I installed an Everest ************************** vending machine in the parking lot outside my business about a year ago. This outdoor vending addition has proven to be a good investment for me, adding value and convenience to my local community, while also driving more traffic to my hardware store. I just had the best service technician customer care I have ever received. ******************* went above and beyond to help solve the issues I was having with my machine. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. He offered creative and unique solutions when I did not bring the correct tools with **** can not say enough about the outstanding level of service and care I received from *****. We've steadily bought four machines over the past three years. Everest has been a great partner to us the entire time. Our area is very remote, and our customers don't have any options to secure ice for their hunting or fishing trips.
