Service/support is pretty good. When I did have an issue, they called as soon as possible and gave me a credit for parts. The machine overall has been working properly with regular maintenance. Someone even stole our panel, and Everest sent the missing piece quickly and was as good as new again.

Company is very easy to work with. All of the technicians I have worked with have been very helpful especially ***** I ended up having a very serious problem and he drove six hours to fix the problem himself.

I have been very pleased with the service technician at Everest Ice and Water. He is always available whenever I have a problem (once when he was on vacation) and stays on the phone with me, walking me through figuring out the issue and resolving it.

I purchased a machine from Everest in Dec 2022. It has been a learning experience keeping this machine running. I am grateful for ***** **** who has been there every step of the way. He is there to pull me out of binds even on his days off. He goes above and beyond to help me keep my ice business running. I installed an Everest ************************** vending machine in the parking lot outside my business about a year ago. This outdoor vending addition has proven to be a good investment for me, adding value and convenience to my local community, while also driving more traffic to my hardware store. I'd definitely recommend the machine as an easy way to drive more sales to any complimentary business.

I just had the best service technician customer care I have ever received. ******************* went above and beyond to help solve the issues I was having with my machine. He always returned my calls in a timely manner. He offered creative and unique solutions when I did not bring the correct tools with **** can not say enough about the outstanding level of service and care I received from *****.
