Verified Renter I’ve loved living in this community. Its proximity to shopping, grocery, food, gas stations, make it very easy to walk to most places you need to go. I also love all the amenities, like the year round pool, and 24 hour fitness center. minus the dog part, which floods when it rains and makes for a very hazardous playground with standing water filled with growing bacteria and mud. The every couple year change in management can also be frustrating. I do enjoy the community events.

Verified Renter It’s been great so far! The neighbors that I met were friendly and kind. I needed help finding the package room and stopped two couples for help and they were gracious to assist.

Verified Renter Great place to live with kids pretty quite and staff is helpful. I even had a great experience with a neighbor. We were moving and me and my wife were struggling with lifting a couch into the apartment, and he helped me lift it into the place no problem !

Verified Renter LOVE that the staff is strict with rules int he clubhouse and key fobs. It ensures that the neighborhood does not go downhill. Also love how quick and friendly the maintenance crew is.

Verified Renter Maintenance is amazing, the grounds look great, lots of amenities... however, cost is high compared to nearby complexes, management slow to address some issues, and few events driven to create a sense of community.
