Verified Renter Our family has been living here for over four years. We've been happy here for four years. The management is good, although there are some flaws, but overall it's good. The amenities are excellent, the club house, pool and gym is perfect. All things is good for my family and me.

Verified Renter My true score is more towards a 5 than a 4 (4.6/5). Fantastic, quiet area to live in Fort Mill, SC. The complex has all your essentials within a 10 minute drive. The apartments are modern and spacious with a reasonable price for it (offer leases longer than 12 months). All appliances are updated and their maintenance staff is top notch. Verified Renter The apartment is great. The community is very nice. The staff is helpful and nice. Some people don't pick up after their dogs. Some neighbors are not respectful to noise, stomping and running through the house day and night. Besides that I enjoy the community.

Verified Renter Once I moved it has been a wonderful place to live. Good community and quiet neighbors. However the move in process was very hard and the staff in the office could have made it a bit easier and tried to work with me a bit more. On move in day, I would have appreciated more details and directions on location of certain things and how some of the services work. A one page print out was not sufficient enough.
