The apartments are modern and spacious with a reasonable price for it (offer leases longer than 12 months). All appliances are updated and their maintenance staff is top notch. Verified Renter The apartment is great. The community is very nice. The staff is helpful and nice. Some people don't pick up after their dogs. Some neighbors are not respectful to noise, stomping and running through the house day and night. Besides that I enjoy the community.

Verified Renter Once I moved it has been a wonderful place to live. Good community and quiet neighbors. However the move in process was very hard and the staff in the office could have made it a bit easier and tried to work with me a bit more. On move in day, I would have appreciated more details and directions on location of certain things and how some of the services work. A one page print out was not sufficient enough.
