Tim did a great job communicating with the status of my vehicle. That said, I needed a pick up truck while my truck was in the shop. The rental vehicle they provided was a small Buick, so I couldn't complete my planned work until my truck was returned days later. The next time it would be great if they provided me with a truck.

Excellent service towards customers and constant communication keeps you informed of the progress of your vehicle. Service took longer than I expected and my A/c was not functioning correctly when I entered the vehicle so the service advisor had to get the technicians to reset computer settings
