The customer service provided by my Service Advisor, Herb Levine, was EXCELLENT, and so was the work performed on my vehicle. Herb advised me on work the technician suggested be done and whether or not the work was critical to be done immediately or, could wait to be done at a later date/appointment. Herb also kept me updated on when my vehicle would be ready for pickup via email AND phone calls. GREAT service!
Professional, personal attention by service advisors are outstanding. Entire experience is top notch.
No one like having to take their car in for service. But Herb makes sure everything goes smoothly for me.
