Quite satisfied While in Plano for ASA GOLD NATIONALS softball tournament in July my tires and rims were stolen off my 2016 GMC SIERRA DENALI at the team hotel during the overnight hrs. After being awakened by Plano Police dept at 4:30 am , I googled nearest GMC dealerships Ewings was the closest spoke to a gentleman named Jim Bearden , explained my situation about being from Ohio and needing to be home by Monday he assured me he would take care of situation. Came in for an oil change, left with a new car! My husband has a 2017 Acadia and loves it. We brought it into Ewing Buick GMC for an oil change and while we were there we started looking at smaller SUVs for me. I had been looking but wasn’t finding everything I wanted in a car. Better Service I’ve had a recurring annoying problem with my GMC Sierra which I had been having serviced at a different dealer closer to my house. With only 9k miles on my truck and four failed visits to this other dealer, I tried driving a bit farther to Ewing in attempt to get resolution. I got my truck back very quickly with the problem finally repaired. My advisor JR Lopez kept me updated along the way. I am enjoying my truck again with the problem solved. Thank you!

Service Courteous and efficient. The service agent knew my name when I pulled up. A nice area to wait while the car is being serviced. A monthly service reminder I receive by email is helpful for me to keep track of my service appointments.

Excellent Best dealership I have ever worked with. The salesman was patient, very service minded and well informed about the product he was selling. Buying Experience Buying my new Yukon SLT was excellent! No high pressure and it was a clean process. I knew what my vehicle was worth and that is what they offered. I knew what the new vehicle was worth as well and we got to that point after one visit and a few emails. The sales person (Herm Jackson) was excellent in purchase and in some of my dumb follow up questions about the new technology in the vehicle. This is my third purchase from this dealer and my 5th Yukon.

Quick service done right. Brought my truck in on a Monday at 11:30 am with a transmission problem and it was fixed by 5 pm, same day . Now my truck runs great.
