I would recommend the dealership because Ewing was the only dealer willing to let me test drive cars and had sales people wanting me to come see them. I originally went wanting to see if the Mercedes was a car I may wish to purchase this go around, but once I decided to not do Mercedes and go Yukon, I had a call from Tony Thomas within minutes from leaving the Mercedes side. Nowhere in the buying process did we ever feel pressured or uncomfortable. The purchase was seamless and Kenneth made it enjoyable to buy a car which has never been the case for us in the past. Finance team was excellent and even beat our credit union's rate. I plan on returning for our next car purchase.
This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Ewing Buick GMC and couldn't be happier. The customer service has always been excellent with any department. It means a lot when I know they are honest and care.

The purchase was quick for a car purchase. Robert return my calls with answers so I could make a decision. Upfront with me on the pricing.
My overall experience with this dealership was great. We drove 5 hours one way to buy a used BMW. I asked Kenneth to go out to the vehicle and tell me ANY flaw that he could find. He was honest which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Kenneth. This was a very pleasant experience.

Everyone at this dealership was more than polite and helpful. Robert was very knowledgeable on our first visit when we were just looking. Upon my husband calling to see if they could find the color in the Yukon we wanted, Robert responded within the hour with a vehicle found.
