My husband went into the dealership, explained to Kevin what we were expecting to purchase and at what cost. Kevin gave my husband exactly what he asked for. He was so upfront with us that we purchased a new vehicle instead of the used one we were considering. The deal was great and I will definately recommend Kevin and Ewing Buick GMC!

Outstanding sales and service group of individuals. They pride themselves on customer service and customer retention before, during, and after the sales process. What more can you ask to make purchasing a new car a very pleasant experience. And by the way, they are all very knowledge and their demeanor made you feel a part of their own family, not a number on the sales wall. Looking for a new Lacrosse, my wife and I had shopped around at other dealers and never felt comfortable, but after looking at the reviews for Suzanne on here, we realized these were real people who had a lot of good things to say about her. Found good rating from DealerRater, and decided to call Suzanne. She answered the phone on the first ring, and it was great after that. Very easy to deal with, and everyone from the Sales Director to the Finance team were extremely helpful and very nice to us. Made us feel welcome from our first visit. Would highly recommend.

Darrell Dinzey took the time to answer all of our questions about the Buick Enclave before we began to talk about the actual purchase of the vehicle. Darrell was very knowledgable about all aspects of the Enclave. When we determined that we wanted to purchase an Enclave, Darrell looked for the vehicle (color and features) that we wanted instead of pushing the inventory that he had on hand. He continues to make himself available post sales for any questions that we have had. Our car buying experince was enjoyable.

I've been to many dealerships and there are too many surprises at the end when you sign paperwork. THERE WERE NONE. This dealership was very straightforward. Also, they have something called Ewing Edge, that gives them an edge over other dealerships; they offer Free Oil Changes for 3 years and Free yearly State Inspections for life.

This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had on any car purchased in my life. The employees mentioned above dealt in a VERY honest, friendly and no funny business. There were several opportunities for them to overcharge me but they did not do it in any of the circumstance. It is difficult to find a sales organization that is willing to deal in such an honest fashion.
