To start - I had wanted a Yukon/Tahoe for many years now and was fortunate to not be in the position of needing a new vehicle. Susan and Tony both were genuinely friendly, extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and addressed all needs during the entire transaction. Alex Thomas was a new salesman with a lot of enthusiasm for his job . He answered all my questions and if he was not sure of the correct answer he would ask a veteran salesman for help . He did not pressure me at all .I special ordered a Yukon and he kept me informed of the production status . The entire staff was quite knowledgeable and pleasant to deal . I was pleased with the Yukon and the price as my rating indicates .

I just purchased a certified preowned Acadia and my sales experience was outstanding. Why was it outstanding?
