I came into the dealer about 5 weeks before taking possession of my new truck on April 27th because we had to order it. It was very clean and comfortable. I was told by another friend who had recently also purchased a vehicle and he suggested talking and working with Suzanne. I purchased a new 2012 GMC Terrain in April 2012. Two months later I was rear-ended while stopped at a traffic light. Trust me, those 5-star crash test ratings are true. I have dealt with Cadilac, Chevrolet dealers , but this was the first GMC dealer. It was the best of all the dealerships, bar none. Robert Turlington was the first person I talked to & It was the best car buying experience I have ever had .I bought my first new car in 1965 so this was not my " first rodeo ". What can I say... Immediately I was greeted with the BEST customer service by Frederick Davis I have ever received at a dealership. Frederick and I commucated by phone and I felt like we knew each other for years after our 1st conversation. He did not pressure me once. He was knowledgeable, and VERY friendly. He made it a point to show me very personal care. He just made it a pleasant experience. I can’t say the same for some of the other car dealers I met with, while looking for a used car to purchase. The sales and finance teams did everyting they could to get me into a new vehicle. Randy, Andre, Lawrence, Rede, and Suzanne were all involved. Each one treated us very well.

Our experience at Ewing Buick was very good. Randy was knowledgeable, attentive and very service-oriented. He spent almost 6 hours with us and never once looked at his watch or made us feel that we were monopolizing his time. We actually had decided on buying a Ford Escape prior to coming over to Ewing Buick, but we really liked the Buick Enclave and we ended up changing our minds.
