I was very pleased with my experience at Ewing GMC. The sales people I dealt with via the internet and in person were very helpful and courteous. Randy Harp was very patient with my wife and I as we dealt with our two children that accompanied us to the dealership. The staff was very fair and did not ever put any added pressure on me. She was very fair and did not ever put any pressure on me to buy. What a great car buying experience. Top notch people. Robert Turlington and Bryan Potts were such professionals, and not your typical car sales people. No pressure or sales gimmicks. We came armed with a lot of information, they presented facts and options, and worked to get us the best deal and the car we really wanted. They didn't try and sell us one they had just to get it off their lot. They were willing to check all of Texas and into Oklahoma to get "Our" car. The staff was very courteous without being pushy. The salesman Lawrence Barnes bent over backwards to make sure were satisfied, and got the extras on the vehicle I was looking for. I would definitely recommend the dealership and would buy from Ewing again as long as Mr. Barnes is my salesman.
This dealership is absolutely first class! The customer service and quality is second to none. Andre, Suzanne, and Lori are wonderful to work with, and are ALWAYS available. In the 12 cars I have had since I was 16 years old, Ewing is the best dealer I've ever dealt with. And my LaCrosse is my favorite car as well!
I would like to commend Lawrence Barnes on his overall product knowledge of not only GM products but also about foreign vehicles too. In this day and age it's extremely hard to find individuals you can trust and Lawrence made sure he took care of my every need and want, which brought me back to Ewing so I could purchase a second vehicle. He has all the right assets that hope will carry him to higher places within the Ewing ladder.
Sales staff was excellent and worked with us to get the right vehicle at the right price. Might be the first time we enjoyed buying a vehicle. Michael and Brian were great and worked to meet our every need. To be honest I don't think there is anything that could have gone smoother. I will recommend this dealership to everyone.
Kevin was great to work with. He made my car buying experience fun and hassle free. He had extensive knowledge of the Lacross and answered all my questions. Initially we were not ready to purchase a car that day. We had looked at all of the major car companies and test driven at least one car in each. First time we bought a GM built car being very fond of japanese manufacturers. Undecided on whether to repeat a japanese or eventually try the new luxury entry Genesis, we decided to settle for a Buick due to the looks and level of equipment. Ewing made the decision-taking process all the much easier with a friendly attitude, no pushing for the sale and trying to satisfy our requirements. We are looking forward to years of quality service
