The free oil change is a good driver to buy a new vehicle from you however would be better to include checking all the other essential items like fluids and etc. asked to have my tires rotated but they didn’t check the air hence had to go and fill with air myself. Guess I should have mentioned to check the air as well. Thought it was a given. Guesss I am used to the new car package from friendly Chevrolet. Might should review their and update yours.

For many years Brad has been my service agent. Whenever I call to schedule maintenance, Brad knows what maintenance my car needs, which coupons can be used when I bring in the car, and suggests what time and day would be good for both of us. The service is completed within two hours and I am on my way. One can’t ask for better than that.
At arrival , service advisor was already out the door ready to help me. Overall excellent.
Don Yancy was very helpful with this transaction. Great salesman, with great communication skillset and he made this a flawless experience.
