Great friendly service and quick
Customer Service was a great representation of what I believe Ewing would expect
Amongst the best customer service in the industry. I typically do not leave reviews but the service was prompt. Pickup and drop-off of vehicle was quick and even the cashier is nice here. Very rare to find nice service advisors who aren't trying to upsell you on everything you don't need. They make recommendations based on what you feel like you need without the extra pressure. Nice to know there are some dealerships out there who actually care about the customer rather than just the bottom line.

It's always a good experience at Ewing. The waiting areas are spacious and comfortable and the snack bar provides a bit of refreshment if you desire. And my service manager Jim Bearden provides excellent service!
