Ewing (& especially Steve Fortner) is always friendly, polite & courteous. Steve treats customer (me) as if a relative - meaning, always does his best (100%) to address any needed repairs and as timely as possible. All potential-future issues are always addressed as well. People were very professional. Will Desmond was extremely detailed in his explanations for what my options were. Everything was done as promised. Would return but but hopefully don't have to.
