It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Fish and Suzanne. I was actually keeping my eye on this car and even though they were closed (Sunday) Suzanne answered a online chat, really did not expect that. I arranged to be there when they opened and when I got there she had the car pulled up but was already with another customer but had Fish cover for her. Very professional! Car was as advertised and a easy sale. Quality used car group!
Poor communication. Kept my car 3 days before providing an estimate for repairs even though they have an army of service reps. Good repair work
Have met most of service advisors and all are friendly. I usually interact with Steve Fortner, who is always friendly, respectful, professional and prompt with keeping me informed. I have really appreciated the loaner car service provided when having to repair my older car. I always have my oil changed at Ewing because I trust your mechanics and technicians.
This was a pleasant experience of buying a car. Everyone seemingly was happy to have us there and took the time to explain everything that was going on and did not pressure us into anything.
