People were very professional. Will Desmond was extremely detailed in his explanations for what my options were. Everything was done as promised. Would return but but hopefully don't have to.
Inventory is very tight now and I was glad that this dealership was able to provide an AWD SUV option for me to purchase very quickly.
The service I received at Ewing Buick GMC was impeccable. Kevin Braden/ASM, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I highly recommend the Ewing, Buick, GMC service department for the care and maintenance of my vehicle.
Mostly everything was done online after the visit to test drive the selection then Suzanne Newman handled the rest. We went in to finish paperwork with dealership.
The work done on repairing my rear bumper was excellent. The only problem that I had was the 16 days it took for the body shop to finish the work which seems too much for the job. I had to call the shop several times to get the status of the repair
Worked out great for us Finding Ewing Buick and Suzanne. After going to 3 other dealerships which was complete waist of time. I got low balled on 2018 Lexus and no wiggle room on add ons. Ewing got me to where I needed to be on my trade in. We bought a 2021 Yukon Denali. Anybody who is looking for that Truck (SUV) Knows it is a tough task to find the Vehicle in color and Specs.
