Poor communication. Kept my car 3 days before providing an estimate for repairs even though they have an army of service reps. Good repair work
Have met most of service advisors and all are friendly. I usually interact with Steve Fortner, who is always friendly, respectful, professional and prompt with keeping me informed. I have really appreciated the loaner car service provided when having to repair my older car. I always have my oil changed at Ewing because I trust your mechanics and technicians.
This was a pleasant experience of buying a car. Everyone seemingly was happy to have us there and took the time to explain everything that was going on and did not pressure us into anything.
