As always, Jim Bearden is the best service advisor - even responding on his days off (though I ask him not to do so). I appreciate him him so very much!
My Service Advisor Brad and the Tech team took care of inspection and oil change. The waiting area was clean and the restroom, plus they offered coffee and snacks. The place feels like your at home.
Quite impressed. The service writer took it on himself to rearrange the work so I got the work done in a timely manner.
Steve was off and Kevin helped me with my Yukon XL. He was pleasant and cheerful and went over my list of requests for my car and checked my service history. You have a great staff!!!! Thank you!

Complete different. I love it. Kevin Braden is an awesome guy always so helpful. I noticed that now they take videos of the cars or trucks they go in it means a lot because before it was horrible I had things missing from my truck. I had dents and scratches but not this time.
