Ewing provides a professional experience from arrival to exit. The Service Rep greets the customer upon arrival, confirms the services to be completed, provides updates via messaging to the customer, contacts the customer in person in the lobby to communicate updates as well, provides a comfortable environment for customers to work in the business center with wifi, and a coffee/snack center.
