The dealer found that the engine oil returns were stopped up by sludge. The Extended service company agreed, and the engine was replaced within a week. Great service. Great people!
Great people and service. Fair prices.
Service itself and the Service Advisor were great. However: 1. The wait to speak to the Service Advisor even though it was scheduled was over 40 mins. Luckily another Service Advisor (Andrew I think his name was) noticed the extended wait allowed me to drop off the keys with him. 2. Scheduling the shuttle with the Service Appointment appeared to be of no use as I was directed instead to register the request on a clip board anyway. 3.
