I had a very good service experience at Ewing GMC. Steve and the team we’re very diligent and thorough and they took time to diagnose my issue and fix it.
Took my new 2020 GMC in for its first oil change and Ewing GMC did an excellent job. They also let me know there was a recall on my truck and performed that service also. Nick Donahue, my salesman, also assisted me with purchasing floor mats for my truck and was able to get me a $100 discount that GMC had for me. Nick is great at customer service and I highly recommend you see him for your next vehicle purchase. He will make you feel like you are family, treat you well and be respectful of your time.

From beginning to end these people get it right. No pressure. Just honest open communication. Herm asked questions and listened. He put us in the right car for our needs. Didn’t try to upsale. This is why we have gone to Ewing GMC Plano, since 2003 and will continue to do so.
Engine diagnostics Diagnosed and solved the issue in one day. Service writer Rick Gonzalez provided excellent service for an engine problem. Overall service experience very good.....vehicle out of service only one day.
